  Our vector fire alarm panel needed to be replaced as it lost communication capabilities. No problem. It sat for weeks not working as vector needed township approval and could not get it because they really didn't work on it. In the mean time they called me at 250 am in the morning and continued to call every 30 minutes despite the fact that I asked them not to even speaking to a supervisor to halt the calls. I ended up having to disconnect the phones to end the calls. Abusive behavior. They are the worst. The service department and the monitoring people don't communicate. The customer service is horrible. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I've never had such a bad experience with any company.
